AllWorkWear.com sells knives and related items only to persons who can legally purchase and own such items in the jurisdiction where they reside. Any person’s purchase of AllWorkWear.com items, whether in person, by telephone, mail, or the Internet, legally binds said person and their heirs, assigns, transferees, and personal representatives as follows:

When any person orders and purchases items from AllWorkWear.com, said persons represent that they are of legal age to purchase the items and that the items can be purchased and owned in their country, state, county, and/or city of residence. By offering items for sale, AllWorkWear.com does not represent or warrant that any specific purchaser may legally purchase, own, or possess the items purchased. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS!

Knives and related AllWorkWear.com items may be dangerous, even deadly, if not used properly, or if used negligently, and/or illegally. When individuals purchase items from AllWorkWear.com, they agree that they will use the purchased items in a safe and legal manner, consistent with all applicable laws, recognized safety rules, and good common sense. Individual persons further agree that they will take such steps as may be reasonably necessary or required by applicable law to keep AllWorkWear.com items out of the hands of underage persons, untrained and/or immature persons. When individuals purchase items from AllWorkWear.com, they agree to assume all risks related to and/or arising from their ownership and use of said items and agree to indemnify and hold AllWorkWear.com harmless from any and all claims brought by any person or entity against AllWorkWear.com related to and/or arising from their ownership and/or use of said items.

An RMA number is required for all returns. Returns received without prior return authorization and an RMA are not eligible for a refund.

All Sales Final On Clearance Items: No Returns

Failure to comply with any policies, terms or conditions may result in forfeiture of any type of refund.

The condition of each return is up to AllWorkWear’s sole discretion and is final.

We do not in anyway guarantee shipping times and do not offer refunds for shipping costs.

We may ship items via a different carrier than selected.

We reserve the right to limit, cancel or refuse orders.

We do not provide or guarantee any type of warranty on items after they have been received. All warranty concerns must be handled by the manufacturer.

Coupons must be entered at time of checkout. Coupons may not be used on previously placed orders.

We do not guarantee weapon fit of holsters.

Knife Policy

IN COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL STATUTES: Read carefully all conditions set forth below. By placing an order with us, you agree that you meet any or all of the following criteria. If you do not, do not place an order with us because you are breaking federal statute. Federal law prohibits shipment of automatic knives across state lines, with the following exceptions: (1) to civilian or Armed Forces supply or procurement officers and employees of the Federal Government ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of the Federal Government; (2) to supply or procurement officers of the National Guard, the Air National guard, or militia of a state, territory or the District of Columbia ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in the connection with the activities of such organization; (3) to supply or procurement officers or employees of the municipal government of the District of Columbia or the government of any State or Territory, or any county, city or other political subdivision of a State or Territory; (4) to manufacturers of such knives or bona fide dealers therein in connection with any shipment made pursuant of an order from any person designated in paragraphs (1), (2), and (3). AllWorkWear.com will sell no such knives to any individual without the above conditions being met. Legal status of products– It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item purchased from AllWorkWear.com. All equipment is sold subject to public law 90-351, title III, U.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that the he/she is of legal age. AllWorkWear.com will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us or any of our distributors & dealers. Also as no product is 100% effective against attack, AllWorkWear.com assumes no responsibility if a product purchased from us is not effective in preventing bodily injury, dismemberment or death. Anyone attempting to falsify information or defraud our company in any way, will be turned over to the proper authorities. Any attempts at extortion or entrapment will also be met with swift legal action!

Typographical Errors
In the event that an AllWorkWear.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, AllWorkWear.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. AllWorkWear.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, AllWorkWear.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by AllWorkWear.com without notice at any time, for any reason. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, AllWorkWear.com seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).


Orders are received and shipped direct from our warehouse, or manufacturer within two business days. Fulfillment delays from the manufacturer will be noted on the site, when possible. If there is a delay sending your order, we will contact you by phone or email.


If you have to cancel your order, we will try every means to cancel your order. However we try to process orders in a timely manner to ensure you receive your order quickly. Sometimes we can’t stop the item(s) from shipping, so in this case the cancellation will be handled as a return. Note: Shipping charges may be non-refundable.


All items returned must be in their original packages and No Items will be exchanged or returned for credit if there has been any sign of use /or/ wear. For exchanges due to size, color or finish there will be a shipping charge of $9.95 “shipping charges may vary on weight / size.” – THERE WILL BE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL ITEMS BEING RETURNED FOR CREDIT.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it via insured parcel post or UPS within 30 days of receipt for a refund (minus shipping and handling and 20% restocking fee). If you return items after 30 days, a store credit will be issued on your account minus the 20% restocking fee which you can use against future purchases. Again, Refunds/Credit will only be issued for items which are in new condition. If an item has been used and is not defective, Al Work Wear will not accept it back into inventory and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. If you are returning a product for any reason, please include a brief note for our returns dept. without a note or receipt returns go unsolved. All returns / exchanges should be sent to the address below.
